The conference room has 126m2 of carpeted floor space and 30m2 vinyl floor space.  Seats up to 110 people for dinner – comfortably.

There is a connecting servery into kitchen. Connecting mens, ladies and disabled toilets.
Double sliding glass doors overlook the show grounds oval and surrounding trees.

Facilities and Pricing

The Rental Fee includes 100 blue padded chairs and 16 folding wooden tables or 16 round folding wooden tables. Heat pumps. An assortment of coffee mugs, cups and saucers.

It does not include glasses or cutlery.

Per Hour:

Bond         $100.00 – to be paid on booking confirmation

Rental       $50.00 – to be paid when collecting the key

 

Per 24 Hours:

Bond          $100.00 – to be paid on booking confirmation

Rental        $350.00  – to be paid when collecting the key.
